OK, the missing link finally appears...

	Do NOT USE an 'EXTERNAL EDITOR' to view any of this.  The
	text that goes in there is only the TEXT!  You are not supposed
	to be 'editing' the headers.  So, I guess that's why you are
	not seeing headers.
