I have underlined the relevant catchwords (you see it correctly only
when you use a non-proportional font for the message) and capitalized
the keywords.
The general format of the "Received:" header is:
> Received: FROM <fromdomain> BY <receivingdomain> [ VIA <link> WITH
<protocol> ID <string> FOR <path|mailbox>] ; timestamp
The part(s) in brackets [ are optional ].
Following the protocol (typically SMTP or ESMTP) you find quite often
(in parenthesis ()) the name and version of the SMTP-server being used.
