[pmmail-list] PMM 2717 on Win98 and ADVAPI32.DLL missing

Obviously they migrated onto a newer build of InstallShield (I think that is
what they use) which has that additional DLL as a prereq for it to execute. You
will have to come up with a copy of it to allow the installer to work. They
don't develope the tool used to build the installer, just the PMMail and
installer implementation.
