[pmmail-list] A required DLL is missing STLPORT_VC745.DLL

I tried to install to Win98 on a new HDD and install succeeded.  However first invocation of program brings
up subject error message.   What should I do now?

This DLL is nowhere on this HDD nor is it on the HDD of a known-good PMMail install on
another HDD (which I am about to replace).
