[pmmail-list] A required DLL is missing STLPORT_VC745.DLL

Check in \Windows\System and see that the installer properly put MSVCP70.DLL
and MSVCR70.DLL there. Sounds like something is not happy around the Visual
Studio 7 runtime bla bla bla.... which is those DLL's and are included in the
install.

You might reinstall over the top if it did not.
