Steve,

Your comments are made from the unique (and questionable) perspective
of someone who doesn't use any flavor of PMMail and therefore has
absolutely no stake at all in what the updates do or don't contain or
what it may have been implied they might contain. While this may
explain your total lack of empathy for those of us who depend on PMMail
for our daily email needs, it doesn't explain you gross
mischaracterization of the messages posted so far on this list.

You appear to be mounting a spirited defense of BSW but I don't know
why since I haven't seen anything posted here about which BSW could or
should take offense. There haven't been any flames or even threats to
switch to another email product. I have also seen more than ample
evidence that the members of this list are fully aware of the
implications of PMMail being taken over by a new company and that we
are fully capable of distinguishing between the roles and
responsibilities of Southsoft and BSW. Further, despite your
unfortunate mischaracterizations of the comments posted on this list,
I'm confident that the BSW people monitoring this list recognize the
overwhelming expressions of loyalty and support which continue to be
posted. (Besides, if anything that's said really does bother them they
know that all they have to do is hurry up and release the damn updates
we were expecting in the first place!<g>)
