[pmmail-list] Launching PMMail from Opera

Hmm, I have been wanting to do this for a while, too, for a similar problem.  
PMMail is my default email client, but when I click on a mailto: link in 
Internet Explorer, I get a copy of PMMail with none of my directories.  I 
realized I needed to modify the registry entry to include the /srd flag, but 
couldn't find it.  When I use regedit, I do not have the variable, nor the 
key, you indicate below.  I have no folder for Blueprint Software at all.

Otherwise, PMMail (2.21.2010 on Win2k SP2) works fine for me -- never a 
problem since I moved from Win9X to 2k.
