In the message window you wish to forward, select Reply.

In the new message compose window, Ctrl-'/' Del (this deletes
all text in the editor).

RightMouse to get the menu, pick ForwardMessage from the canned
reply list. The cursor will end up at the top for you to add
anything you want.
