[pmmail-list] Message that crashes PMmail

Paul,
you a right about a space in the first "empty" line. There is no
content type line either.

The problem is that the win versions of PMM will download this message
and then crash trying to open it.

My client (using PMmail recommended by me, fool that I was)  sent me
the message by bouncing it.

That crashed PMM on their box so they thought it didn't go and sent me
the contents by attachment. That was disarmed by losing its headers I
guess.

The problem for me (and maybe them) is that my PMM now closes silently
when running minimised or pops a win error dialog that says a log is
being generated (where? not in event viewer - this is win2k) when
running on the desktop.

I installed the latest beta over it - still dies.

Obviously one lousy space has made it quite ill!
