[pmmail-list] trash may not be deleted

Hi Marty,

I'm pretty sure it's safe to delete the files in your Trash folder from
outside PMMail (so long as PMMail isn't running).  Then re-index the
folder after starting PMMail again.

Or you could try the beta, since that fixes the problem.  I don't know
if there's something in the beta that was broken that will affect you,
though.
