[pmmail-list] HTML mail again (was: PMMail 2000 Update)

If you Google on windmail.dat and ms-tnef, you can find some
suggestions on ways to prevent it. Nothing that I've found works 100%,
however.

My understanding is that this is Outlook only, but the original poster
was claiming it was Outlook Express. Has anyone really seen this with
OE? Do later versions support ms-tnef?
