I think that you will find a majority of people to believe that BCC="Blind CARBON 
Copy". (A quick phrase search on google scores 23,500 for this vs only 622 hits 
for the Courtesy variant).
I think also that the common understanding is that the mechanism is one whereby no 
other recipient sees the address of a BCC recipient - hence if there are multiple 
BBC's there should be no headers or each header should show only the address it is 
going to - although the latter functionality would have to be implemented at the 
SMTP server.
Now that I am aware that some clients display all BCC addresses (in my opinion 
erroneously) I shall be more careful how I use it in future.
