[pmmail-list] Missing Message-ID

Some recent email of mine to a friend was bounced.
My friend says it is because my email is missing
the Message-ID field in the message header.  I am
running PMMail 1.92 (I know it is old; but it has
been working fine all these years).  Has PMMail
been changed since 1.92 so that it includes the
Message-ID field?  I do not know if this is
something PMMail is supposed to do, or the ISP I
dial into, or something else.
