[pmmail-list] PGP: no RSA-keys ?!?

Is it correct, that with the new WINDOWS pmmail-version, 
2.20.2030, I'm not able to encrypt messages with pgp 
to recipient, who have an RSA-key?!?
After updating pmmail, I got "unimplemented public key operation",
if sending messages to those users.

Any idea?
