[pmmail-list] Filter hook problem

Trying to run a hook with a REXX file (alias.cmd--available at Blueprint, I 
think) I get the following error:

PMMail 2000 - External Launch
The external program could not be launched. %1 is not a valid Win32 
application.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong here?  "%1" should be the 
path/filename of the message being filtered, shouldn't it?  It looks to me 
like PMMail isn't seeing the the program name entered in the filter, but I 
have no idea why.
