[pmmail-list] crashed and confused mail folders

Thanks for the suggestion, Cary.
Just looking at the "folder.ini" files did not at first reveal any
pattern, so, I went back to a backup of application and data files and
compared the INI files there with the INI files currently in play.
Discovered the file for "Organizations" was different. When I replaced
it the one in backup I was able to make the change in the filter list.
So that problem is solved.
Is there any chance that the lost messages actually exist somewhere?
In partial answer, I guess, I see that the number of files in a given
folder is the same as the number of messages shown for that folder
(plus the INI , BAG and EXP files), so they would have to be somewhere
else.
